Ran three subroutines on the Haas Mini Mill to speed up the machining process.
My fingers started to turn gold (more like brass).
Out of the tumbler and ready for polish!
Aren't they pretty?
Part of the project idea was a set of augmented reality tokens that our guests could receive on a weekly basis. These tokens allowed our guests to carry away a tangible memento from the experience and engage with an AR mobile application at a time of their choosing. To give the judges a better idea of what this experience would be like, I designed and machined thirty-six brass tokens on a Haas Mini Mill. While the machining was lots of fun, the sanding and polishing was bit of a pain. For more information on the whole Keşif experience click HERE!
